When I married my husband twenty years ago the only thing he asked me was if I could learn to make his mother’s baklava…

With a happy and newly in love heart, I did that and ever since then it became my trademark with teachers, doctors, friends, mail persons, etc. All who knew me called me “the baklava gal” and it became a dream of mine to one day open a business in selling this special baklava.
